What data, and why
- Profile (name, email, city, role, social links, what you’re building): to manage your participation in the community. Legal basis: performing the relationship you ask for when you sign up.
- Reported results (raises, earnings, contributions): to calculate the GDP and the leaderboard. Aggregated figures are public; only the core team sees the detail.
- Newsletter and invitations: only if you have given consent (Art. 130 of the Italian Privacy Code). You can withdraw it at any time.
- AI assistance for the core team: when the core team reviews applications and reported results, an AI model (Anthropic’s Claude) may write notes to help them, from the minimum needed (never your email, links or contact details). The AI never decides: a person reads every application and result and makes every decision.
- Public leaderboard and public page: your name and city, and a page with your rank, stamps, activity and counted results, appear only if you have chosen to show them. Never your email, links or bio.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell data. We don’t publish emails or contact details. We don’t use tracking cookies: the only cookie is the technical one that keeps you signed in.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, objection: write to [email TBD]. We reply within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, the Italian data protection authority.
